You may return your candles for any reason if you are not satisfied. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

While free shipping covers the delivery of your order, return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the buyer.

Our coupon code policy generally allows for unrestricted use of active coupons during checkout. If you have a valid coupon code, you should be able to apply it to your order without any restrictions. Delivery & discounts

We exclusively sell our scented soy wax candles in the UK, as we handcraft each one ourselves. Currently, we do not have any retailers. If you have any other questions or if there’s anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to let us know.

At this time, we only ship within the UK and do not offer international shipping.

After dispatching your order, which typically takes 1 day, we use Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. This service generally delivers within 2-3 business days within the UK. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
